Is shopspace free?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You keep what you earn, and only the standard Stripe processing fee applies to each sale. shopspace does not add a platform fee on top; plans start at $19 a month billed yearly.
What are the fees on a sale?
Payments run through Stripe, so the standard Stripe processing fee applies to each transaction. shopspace does not take a cut on top of that.
How do I get paid?
You connect your own Stripe account, and Stripe pays out your earnings on your own schedule. shopspace never holds your money.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. You build your store from blocks, choose a template, and everything updates live. There is nothing to install and no code to write.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. You can put your store on a custom domain like shop.yourbrand.com, and shopspace handles the SSL certificate for you.
What can I sell?
Digital downloads, courses, memberships, bookings, webinars and events, bundles, tips, lead magnets, physical products, and external or affiliate links.
How do customers get what they bought?
Right after checkout they get access straight away: a download, course access, a booking confirmation, or a membership login, plus a confirmation email.
What do I need to automate Instagram?
An Instagram Business or Creator account. Connect it under Settings, then Integrations, then build DM and comment automations from the Automations page.
Can I sell physical products?
Yes. Mark a product as physical, set your shipping zones and rates in Settings, and shopspace collects the delivery address at checkout.
Can I offer discount codes?
Yes. Create a coupon with a percentage or fixed amount off, with optional usage limits and an expiry date.
